Harvest of Millionaires At Gulder Ultimate Search Party

It was a harvest of millionaires as the Gulder Ultimate Search (GUS) season 12 held the coronation party for the 18 contestants at the Cilantro, Lagos Island, on Friday, January 21.

True to the elevated lifestyle that Nigerian Breweries (NB) is known for over the years, the event was glamorous, spectacular and a topnotch.

Odudu Otu, the winner of the GUS12 was crowned as the ‘Ultimate Craftsman’ as he smiled home with a cheque of N50 million, an SUV courtesy of Innoson Motors and the all expense paid trip to Dubai.

Odudu found the Akolo’s chest on the final day of their stay in the jungle when he beat 17 other contestants. Odudu, the youngest of all the finalists expressed delight in being the ultimate craftsman, as he thanked Nigerian Breweries for the opportunity given to him and other contestants.

Odudu said, “First, I would like to thank Nigerian Breweries, organizers of Gulder Ultimate Search, for bringing back the show. I had fond memories of it growing up and was sad when it went off the air. I could not contain my delight when it returned for season 12 in 2021.

“I did not hesitate to put in my application, and despite getting into the jungle as a wildcard, I was determined to make the best use of the opportunity. This rare opportunity has changed my life for good, and I am truly grateful to Nigerian Breweries, their sponsors and partners, as well as my fellow contestants.”

Chindima, who was the last woman standing, went home with N2million, Godwill Oboh and Obe Okoye went home with N1.5 million and N1.1million respectively. Iniabasi Eme N1million, Ema Nnebe N900,000, Geral Odeka N800,000, Mfon Mikel Esin N700,000 while the least paid contestant who came first from behind, Olayinka, got N600,000 as reward.

Emmanuel Oriakhi, Marketing Director, Nigerian Breweries, said the Gulder Ultimate Search season 12 was made successful by the collective inputs of the organizers, sponsors and partners, crew members, the contestants and all Nigerians.
